On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
