Baker wanted in Gabasawa

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Gabasawa, Kano State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
