Immediate opening: halal butcher (Kano State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Gwarzo, Kano State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Pay around ₦1,450 per hour, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
