Meat trimmer wanted in Yorro

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Yorro, Taraba State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. ₦85,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
