Heavy goods vehicle driver wanted in Bomadi

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Bomadi, Delta State. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. Ideal candidate: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Day to day you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
