Prep cook wanted in Robertson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Robertson County, Texas. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
