What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
