Join our team: site carpenter (Oklahoma)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site carpenter in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. On a typical shift you will glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
