Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Part-time with flexible hours.
