Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Nolan County, Texas. The job is at a busy machine shop. The role involves: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Six days a week, one day off.
