Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Will County, Illinois. You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
