Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
