Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Thomas County, Kansas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
