Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Harrison County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
