Counter butcher — Jiribam

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Jiribam, Manipur. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹200 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
