What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
