Vacancy available: butcher (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Scott County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off.
