Tandoor cook wanted in Takai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Takai, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service. ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
