Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Part-time with flexible hours.
