Cake decorator wanted in Delaware County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Delaware County, Oklahoma. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer 1+ years on the tools preferred.
