We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Frederick County, Maryland. You will work in a job-work machining unit. The role involves: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
