Excavator operator wanted in Suwannee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Suwannee County, Florida. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. Day to day you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Full-time with occasional weekends.
