Heavy goods vehicle driver — Obi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Obi, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a container freight yard. Ideal candidate: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Day to day you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
