Dough maker wanted in Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Madison County, Nebraska. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
