Scullery hand wanted in Ijebu North

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ijebu North, Ogun State. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Performance bonus on top of base pay.
