Restaurant steward wanted in Kushinagar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. We are looking for good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages; basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service.
