Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Ikwerre, Rivers State. On a typical shift you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
