Short order cook — Pawnee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Pawnee County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs 2+ years on the tools preferred.
