Your main tasks: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
