Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Bukuru, Benue State. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦400,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
