Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Kossuth County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
