Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Tafa, Niger State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
