Pastry baker wanted in Magama

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Magama, Niger State. The job is at a busy bakery. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
