Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
