Now hiring: formwork joiner (Abia State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Ikwuano, Abia State. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings We offer ₦65,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
