Waiter — Uvwie

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Uvwie, Delta State. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Full-time, day shift.
