Line cook • Baca County, Colorado

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Baca County, Colorado. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
