Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Augusta County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 2+ years on the tools preferred.
