Now hiring: bread baker (Bauchi State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Damban, Bauchi State. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦125,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
