Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Rotating shifts.
