Head baker wanted in Fife

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Fife, Scotland. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £15 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
