Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Harda, Madhya Pradesh. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request.
