What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On a typical shift you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking.
