Head baker wanted in Doma

On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₦85,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
