Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Kurfi, Katsina State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 2+ years on the tools preferred.
