Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Jackson County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts.
