What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
