Immediate opening: grill cook (Florida)

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Alachua County, Florida. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
