Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts.
