We are recruiting: mobile crane operator (Georgia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Dawson County, Georgia. You will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Understanding of hand and radio signals Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
